Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a vehicle steering wheel. The manufacturing method for a vehicle steering wheel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: primary plastic injection molding on one side of a rim member; installing a heating pad on the primary injection surface after the first plastic injection molding; secondary plastic injection molding on the outer surface of the heating pad after installing the heating pad; and transcribing a wood film on the secondary injection surface after the secondary plastic injection molding.
