The present invention relates to a roasting apparatus. The roasting apparatus includes: a coffee bean roasting unit which includes a roasting drum where raw coffee beans supplied from a hopper are roasted by heat while being stirred and conveyed by a first coffee bean stirring screw device; a coffee bean cooling unit which includes a cooling drum where the coffee beans roasted by the coffee bean roasting unit are cooled by blowing air while being stirred and conveyed by a second coffee bean stirring screw device; a shell discharging unit which is respectively arranged in the lower parts of the roasting drum and the cooling drum to discharge shells stripped from the coffee beans; a coffee bean discharging unit which is respectively arranged in the lower parts of the roasting drum and the cooling drum to supply the roasted coffee beans to the cooling drum and discharge the cooled coffee beans to the outside; and a control unit which controls the operations of the coffee bean roasting unit, the coffee bean cooling unit, the shell discharging unit, and coffee bean discharging unit, according to inputted roasting conditions of the coffee beans. |
