The present invention relates to a web-based remote electric sign management system. The web-based remote electric sign management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an electric sign outputting text or graphic material; an electric sign control apparatus managing the electric sign on a real-time basis; an electric sign management server which generates an electric sign control message and transmits the message to the electric sign control apparatus; and an electric sign client apparatus. The electric sign includes an LED module including a plurality of LED pixels; a communication unit; and a control unit. The electric sign control apparatus includes a data collection module, a data processing module, and a data storage module.
