The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lignin degradation product by using a chemical and biological conversion, and manufacturing a cinnamic acid and cinnamic acid derivatives from the same by a biological process, wherein the biological process has a high specificity compared with a chemical process, is economical as it has the lignin as a base material, and is environmentally friendly as it effectively obtains the lignin degradation product and has the lignin degradation product as a substrate.
