<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell by reducing a contact resistance between a rear electrode layer and a connection wire. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the rear electrode layer. A front electrode layer(600) is arranged on the light absorption layer. A connection wire(700) passes through the light absorption layer and electrically connects the rear electrode layer to the front electrode layer. The connection wire includes metal particles.</p> |
