The present invention relates to a linear micro flow regulating apparatus using a porous medium and, more specifically, to a linear micro flow regulating apparatus which is a fluid regulating apparatus injecting a fluid, installing a flow part made of a porous medium on a channel part in which a fluid flows, having a gate part moving the porous medium in the longitudinal direction of the porous medium while controlling the width of an open area of the porous medium, to have an easy composition, an easy processability, and reduced manufacturing costs, while enabling the fine and linear control of the fluid.
