The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing harmful materials for a circulating fluidized-bed boiler and the circulating fluidized-bed boiler having the same. The apparatus for reducing harmful materials for the circulating fluidized-bed boiler comprises: a spray nozzle installed to spray an reducing agent while being inclined to any one among a first sidewall and a second sidewall of a first duct so that flue gas discharged from a fuel furnace can move to any one among the first sidewall and the second sidewall and being included to a separator in order to spray the reducing agent toward the separator so that the flue gas mixed with the reducing agent can follow a rotation direction of a vortex in the separator for separating the flue gas and solid particles from one another; and a reducing agent supply unit for supplying the reducing agent to the spray nozzle. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the efficiency of removing the harmful materials from the flue gas by increasing a blending rate of the reducing agent and the flue gas and to strengthen the vortex without interfering formation of the vortex in the separator. Thus, the efficiency of a work for separating the flue gas and the solid particles from one another in the separator can be improved.
