A device for predicting lifecycle of a battery which can predict the lifecycle of a battery during an operation of the battery according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an impedance value calculation unit for calculating a battery internal impedance value by each unit cycle; a trend function calculation unit for calculating a battery internal impedance trend function which takes the battery internal impedance as a variable with a cycle of the battery by using a battery internal impedance value calculated for each unit cycle when the cycle of the battery reaches a target cycle; and a battery lifecycle calculation unit for calculating the lifecycle of the battery by assigning the battery internal impedance value to the battery internal impedance trend function when the lifecycle of the battery ends.
