The present invention discloses an electric steering device for a steering wheel. The electric steering device comprises a motor, which provides rotational power; a leaf spring, which is combined to the rotation axis of the motor and rotates along with the motor, and which provides an elastic force for bending displacement by being bent toward the radial direction from the center; a first disc and a second disc, which are combined to one side of the leaf spring and the other side respectively, and which are supported in a tension state by the elastic force of the leaf spring; a first power transmission member, which is combined to one end of the rotation axis to be freely rotated, and which is formed to be in contact with the friction surface of the first disc in a compressed state or to be away from the friction surface; a second power transmission member, which is combined to the other end of the rotation axis to be freely rotated, and which is formed to be in contact with the friction surface of the second disc in a compressed state or to be away from the friction surface; and a solenoid. The solenoid is installed to face the second disc while the second power transmission member is being located between the solenoid and the second disc. The first disc and the second disc are pulled toward the second power transmission member when a current is applied, so the friction surface of the second disc is in contact with the second power transmission member in a compressed state. The solenoid makes the friction surface of the first disc away from the first power transmission member. |
