A tire exchange and compensation system by abrasion comprises: a smart terminal which transmits a tire normal exchange request signal or a tire accident exchange request signal in accordance to an input of a user, and transmits a photographed image of a corresponding tire when an image of the corresponding tire is requested; a call center terminal which receives the tire normal exchange request signal or the tire accident exchange request signal from the smart terminal, and transmits the received tire normal exchange request signal or the received tire accident exchange request signal, and transmits a tire delivery signal to a local tire distribution center after having an approval for the tire normal exchange request signal or the tire accident exchange request signal, and receives a tire exchange complete signal as to the approved tire normal exchange request signal or the approved tire accident exchange request signal from a tire exchange direct management store terminal or a tire exchange consignment store terminal, and transmits a corresponding happy call signal or a tire exchange check signal to the smart terminal; a tire insurance company server which receives the tire normal exchange request signal or the tire accident exchange request signal, and replies to the call center terminal or the smart terminal by approving the received tire normal exchange request signal or the received tire accident exchange request signal, and requests the photographed image of the corresponding tire as to the tire normal exchange request signal to the smart terminal; and a local tire distribution center terminal to receive a tire delivery signal. |
