The present invention relates to a remote access support system in which a real-time text conversation is available and, more specifically, to a remote access support system for real-time consultation capable of supporting a customer through real-time text consultation and accordingly enabling a one-stop remote support service by improving the existing customer service with which telephone consultation needed to be firstly conducted and then the consultation is processed through remote support, and a method thereof. As a result, consultation processing efficiency and customer convenience can be enhanced. |
