The present invention relates to a medical cast which is composed of a double structure. The medical cast which is provided by the present invention includes: a skin guard which is in contact with an affected area of a patient, is woven by mixing two or more types of functional fibers in order to improve adhesion with skin, and is produced to form diamond-shaped net holes of a net shape; an inside support cast which is formed to surround the outside of the skin guard and comprises the inside support cast for absorbing sweat or body waste between a body and the cast, an inside vent channel for surrounding the outer surface of the inside support cast and improving air permeability, a contact support part for improving the elasticity of the cast, and an inside hardness reinforcing part for providing the primary hardness of the medical cast; and an outside support cast having an outside vent channel which impregnates hydraulic hardening solution by being formed to surround the outer surface of the inside support cast and is formed along the edge and the contact support part which is connected to the outside vent channel (310) and provides a predetermined flexibility, a cutter part which guides the progress direction of a cutter blade in one side of the outer surface, and an outside hardness reinforcing part which provides a secondary hardness by being formed in both sides of the cutter part. |
