<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display device which can improve reliability thereof by changing a shape of a wire through which a driving signal is applied from a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) to an organic light emitting diode. The organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate having a display area and a non-display area; a plurality of organic light emitting diodes formed in the display area of the substrate; a flexible printed circuit board formed in the non-display area, for applying a driving signal to the organic light emitting diode through a wire; a protective film formed on the substrate to cover the organic light emitting diode and including a first inorganic film, an organic film, and a second inorganic film which are sequentially laminated; and an encapsulation substrate bonded to the substrate through a bonding layer to face the substrate. The wire corresponding to an area between the organic light emitting diode and the flexible printed circuit board includes at least one protrusion protruding from a side surface thereof.</p> |
