<p>The present invention relates to an electric energy storage device, capable of maintaining the performance of the electric energy storage device, improving reliability thereof, and increasing a lifetime thereof by reducing the temperature rise of the electric energy storage device through smoothly discharging heat generated from the electric energy storage device to the outside. In the present invention, disclosed are the electric energy storage device and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the electric energy storage device includes an electrode device with an electrode wound around a core and a case receiving the electrode device.
