The present invention provides an implant assembly by which a simple procedure is possible and the burden felt by a patient feels is minimized. A scan body (20) of the present invention comprises: a polygonal projection unit (22) formed at the bottom end thereof; a body unit (24) which is formed at the top thereof and is larger than the projection unit by including at least one plane unit (25) which is parallel to one surface of the polygonal projection unit; and a slanted connection unit (26) which connects the polygonal projection unit and the body unit. A through-hole (21) is formed up and down in the central part thereof. The scan body (20) is fixed to a fixture (10) fixed to the alveolar bone through a fixing screw (30). The scan body (20) can form an emergency profile which is similar to a natural tooth even when the gingiva is treated, and scanning is possible even when the scan body is mounted so that a procedure is simplified and the burden a patient feels is minimized.
