Disclosed is a remote visual inspection system for an upper bundle of tubes in a secondary side of a steam generator. The remote visual inspection system for the upper bundle of the tubes in the secondary side of the steam generator according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a cable manger which is detachably installed in a support beam inside and senses and controls the location of a traveling robot; the traveling robot which is attached to the transition cone surface of the steam generator and moves along the inner surface of the steam generator; and an endoscopic camera which is a cable type to be withdrawn by the cable manager and to be inputted to the traveling robot and monitors the inside of the steam generator by moving with the traveling robot.
