A sunroof assembling system according to the present invention includes a first alignment unit which aligns the position of a glass unit for a sunroof; a second alignment unit which aligns the position of a frame unit to be mounted with the glass unit against the aligned glass unit; and a transferring unit which transfers the glass unit and the frame unit between the alignment unit and an assembly unit. Such configuration aligns the assembly position of the glass unit to be assembled with the frame unit in prior to assemble the glass unit and the frame unit together to enhance the precision of the assembly and the quality of the sunroof.
