The present invention relates to a fixture for fixing a substrate or a film applied to a tray for transporting the substrate or the film including: (A) a case including a receiving space having a predetermined depth by four sidewalls and a bottom surface, and including a moving groove having a predetermined length formed from a center sidewall in a longitudinal direction or a transverse direction of an inner bottom, and a pair of parallel moving rails protruding to a center from both top surfaces of the groove; (B) a lateral guard including a lower portion inserted into the moving groove, having a support piece with a coupling groove on both sides corresponding to the moving rails and a fixed surface forming a parallel surface with respect to a central opposite sidewall of a case, and including a fixing lever to fix the substrate or the film on a transport rail or release the fixing of the substrate or the film through push and release operations; and (C) a cover to cover a top surface of the case. The fixture for fixing the substrate or the film includes: a fixing cap elastically and externally inserted to a top portion of the lateral guard; and a push plate horizontally extending from the top surface of the fixing cap in one direction. If the fixture for fixing the substrate or the film according to the present invention is applied to a transporting tray according to the related art, the fixture is maintained in a laminated state during transportation so that the substrate or the film may be prevented from being damaged. |
