<p>The converter has a fixed contact (13) attached to a primary winding (12) of one of voltage conversion units. A ground clamp (23) extends from the inside to the outside of a gas filled container (10). Another fixed contact (14) is attached to an end portion of the clamp. A movable leaf contact (16) extends from an axial center of a drive shaft of an interruption unit (1), where the interruption unit brings the movable leaf contact into and out of contact with the fixed contacts. An actuation unit actuates a free end of the movable leaf contact to rotate.</p> |
