<p>The invention relates to the field of the traditional Chinese Medicine, in particularly, to the method for purifying and preparing a Chinese herbal Radix Notoginseng and the clinical medicinal use of the Chinese herbal medicine Radix Notoginseng. The panaxatriol saponins composition provided in the present invention is obtained by purifying the Radix Notoginseng and the panaxatriol saponins composition mainly comprises a Gensennoside Rg1, a Re and a Notogensennoside R1, wherein the content of the Gensennoside Rg1 is 30~70 wt%, the Gensennoside Re is 4~15 wt%, the Notogensennoside R1 is 7~25 wt%, and the maximum content sum of the Gensennoside Rg1, the Re and the Notogensennoside R1 is 98 wt%. The panaxatriol saponins composition provided in the invention has a stronger specificity to treat vascular thrombus diseases. The panaxatriol saponins composition is useful for preparing a medicament for treating vascular thrombus diseases.</p> |
