A flange (2) adapted for providing flexible support to the carrier plate (1) is disposed along a circumference of the carrier plate (1), and the central electronic unit (7) comprises a neural network-based algorithm for determining the position of the centre of gravity of the body, the algorithm operating on the basis of the signals of the strain gauges (3a-d) and being trained according to the invention. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the device.
