<p>Provided is a method for enhancing yield-related traits in plants by modulating expression in a plant of a nucleic acid encoding a TLP (Tify like protein) polypeptide, a PMP22 polypeptide (22 kDa peroxisomal membrane like polypeptide), a RTF (REM-like transcription factor) polypeptide, or a BPl (Bigger plant 1) polypeptide. Also provided are plants having modulated expression of a nucleic acid encoding a TLP, PMP22, RTF or BP1 polypeptide, which plants have enhanced yield-related traits compared to control plants.</p> |
