The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a rear upper arm having a burring structure comprising: a blanking process (S1) for forming a form of a body part of the rear upper arm, and a connecting part in which a bush is combined with both sides of the body part by cutting to be symmetrical based on a panel central line, and for forming burring holes symmetrical to each connecting part; a burring process (S2) for forming the diameter of a fixed size in each burring hole, and a projection protruding according to the diameter by pressurizing the blanked panel; a trim process (S3) for partially cutting a gap between burring holes symmetrical to the burring panel connecting part; a forming process (S4) for forming the panel to be downwardly curved from the body part to the connecting part by pressurizing the trimmed panel; an U bending process (S5) for forming both sides forming an obtuse angle between one floor side and the other floor side by upwardly bending the formed panel based on the central line; and an U bending/forming process (S6) for locating the protrusion of the burring hole of the connecting part to correspond with each other inwardly by pressurizing the floor side of the U-bent panel, and vertically bending both sides to be perpendicular to the floor side; and a cam curling process (S7) for finish treating the panel to be inwardly curved by pressurizing the upper part of both sides of the panel passing through the U bending/forming process.
