The present invention relates to a vertically moving apparatus for drying and steaming red ginseng, and a manufacturing system of red ginseng. The vertically moving apparatus for drying and steaming red ginseng comprises: an outer cover body (20) under which a whicker tray transferring conveyer (10) is installed; a frame body (30) installed inside the outer cover body (20); a vertical whicker tray lifting part (40) on one side which vertically transfers fresh ginseng mounted on a whicker tray (1); a horizontal whicker tray transferring part (50) which supplies the fresh ginseng on the top vertically lifted up by the vertical whicker tray lifting part (40) to a vertical whicker tray descending part (60) on the other side; and an air conditioner part (70) which selectively injects hot air, cold air, or steam on the fresh ginseng mounted on the whicker tray (1) to dry the fresh ginseng with the hot air or the cold air or to steam the fresh ginseng with steam. |
