Disclosed are a bidirectional safety control service system based on an automatic alarm mode, which enables bidirectional communications, and a control service method thereof capable of sensing a dangerous situation and automatically notifying the dangerous situation. Provided is the bidirectional safety control service system comprising a mobile device which is connected to a wired/wireless communications network, comprises a sensor unit for generating owner state information according to the movement of an owner, determines a risk degree based on the owner state information, and automatically transmits an emergency signal to the outside through the wired/wireless communications network; a control server which receives an emergency signal through the wired/wireless communications network and transmits alarm information set according to the emergency signal to the outside through the wired/wireless network; and a protector terminal which receives and transmits the alarm information through the wired/wireless communications network and transmits a remote control signal to a mobile device through the control server. According to the present invention, a dangerous situation is determined by sensing the change of physical values such as impacts without separate operations of a child situation and a dementia patient in the dangerous situation, thereby rapidly delivering the dangerous situation to the protector or a public institution. |
