The present invention includes: a panel including a plurality of electrodes; a data driving unit which converts RGB data received from a timing controller to a data voltage and supplies the data voltage to data lines; a gate driving unit which applies the data voltage to pixels of the panel in a fitst high-logic period and a second high-logic period of a horizontal synchronization signal by sequentially supplying a gate signal to gate lines; and a touch IC which applies a touch scan signal to the multiple electrodes in a low-logic period between the first and second high-logic periods of the horizontal synchronization signal.
