PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label printing and applying apparatus that can secure straightness of a label sheet. SOLUTION: Regarding the label printing and applying apparatus 1A, label guides 28A integrally formed with a rolling side guide portion 28b for guding a label roll 30A set in a loading position 20 and a label sheet 3A drawn from the label roll 30A, and a rolled side guide portion 28c for guiding a separation sheet 32A rolled by a rolling reel 27, are provided to face each other with a pitch corresponding to the width of the label sheet 3A.
