PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having a board of a board case, a heat sink, and a cooling fan which are handled as one unit, the heat sink and the cooling fan made simple and miniaturized, and the heat sink and the cooling fan readily assembled into the board case. SOLUTION: The game machine is configured such that the board 38 mounted with a heat generating electronic component 37 is housed in the board case 27, and includes the heat sink 39 for radiating heat of the electronic components 37, and the cooling fan 40 for sending cooling air to the heat sink 39, the board 38 is provided with a mounting plate 41 housing the heat sink 39 in a first housing 70, and the cooling fan 40 in a second housing 71, and the heat sink 39 and the cooling fan 40 are fixed through the mounting plate 41.
