PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display and store merchandise to be kept in stock in prescribed stock quantity together separately from sales merchandise to be directly sold in such a state that theft is hard to occur, and that replenishing is easy. SOLUTION: Merchandise display bases 5 are arranged to be capable of housing sales merchandise in a plurality of upper and lower stages, and to be slidable forward and backward by means of slide means 6. At a slide position of the merchandise display base 5 backward, an upper opening part of the merchandise display base 5 is closed with another merchandise display base 5 at an upper stage of a merchandise display area. The merchandise display base 5 includes a right and left partition member 11 disposed to be slidable right and left inside, and a forward and back partition member 17 incorporated at a proper position forward and backward perpendicularly to the right and left partition member 11 to respectively form a merchandise display part 9 at a front part of the merchandise display base 5, and a merchandise stock part 10 at a back part of the merchandise display base 5.
