The device has resonance chambers (4) distributed in an evacuated, electrically conductive anode (1) and formed cylindrically, where symmetry axes of the chambers are parallel to an angular coordinate of a polar coordinate system. The resonance chambers are connected with an inner cavity (2) through a rectangular waveguide (3) and guided along a central axis of the anode. Microwaves are externally guided in a separated plasma chamber and brought to interference. A plasma i.e. thermodynamic cold plasma, is generated by the microwaves under standard atmospheric conditions. |
