The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a cover of a container, which is to open a cover combined in the upper part of a container main body with small effort. In conventional technologies, suggested is an apparatus using the elasticity of a spring vertically installed in a hinge unit. However, the conventional apparatus includes a lot of components which are difficult to be assembled and cause an increase in prime costs. In particular, a repair of the conventional apparatus is difficult in a local side when a defective component is detected. To solve the above problems, the apparatus for opening and closing a cover of a container includes a hinge unit for supporting the opening and closing of a cover in a container main body. The hinge unit (30) comprises: a fixated hinge bracket (31) which is fixated to the container main body (10); and a rotating hinge bracket (33) which is fixated to the cover (20). A hinge shaft (34), which is combined with one end of an elastic member (35), penetrates and is fixated to the fixated hinge bracket (31). The other end of the elastic member (35) is fixated to the fixated hinge bracket (31). Therefore, the apparatus for opening and closing a cover of a container can be conveniently used in opening a cover by opening the cover with small effort by the elasticity of the elastic member included in the hinge unit, can reduce prime costs by reducing the number of components, and can be repaired at a local site during failure. |
