The present invention relates to a crosslinked polymer in which a polyamide-based segment having a specific structure and a polyether-based segment are combined by the medium of the residual group of an aromatic compound containing at least one amine group and at least one carboxyl group; a polymer resin composition comprising the crosslinked polymer, and a polyamide-based resin having a relative viscosity of 2.5-4.0; and a polymer film comprising a base film layer including a melt extrusion product of the polymer resin composition.
