Disclosed is an electric rice cooker. The electric rice cooker comprises: an upper case part; an upper heater part fixed to the upper case part and emitting heat downwardly; an inner container placed under the upper heater part and receiving an object to be cooked; a vacuum packing part installed between the upper heater part and the inner container and blocking the movement of air; an automatic valve part installed at the upper heater part and discharging the pressure formed between the upper heater part and the inner container which have been sealed by the vacuum packing part; a lower heater part placed under the inner container and emitting heat upwardly; a first outer container supporting the lower heater part and installed to surround the outside of the inner container; a second outer container separated from the first outer container to form a heat-retaining space and installed to surround the outside of the first outer container; and an air discharge part installed on the lower side of the second outer container and automatically opening and closing an exhaust hole depending on the temperature of the heat-retaining space. |
