The present invention relates to a method for developing a standard recipe for japchae (stir-fried noodles and vegetables) using rice noodles for modern people, and the purpose of the present invention is to balance nutrients in the japchae made by the standard recipe, which is preferred by people of all ages and edible by even foreigners while using various ingredients. The present invention sets forth a standard recipe for japchae using rice noodles, which is made by mixing vegetables and beef with rice noodles instead of glass noodles in a preparation step of seasoned japchae.
