An apparatus for adjusting a pentaprism is provided to compensate for twisting of the pentaprism by the first to third adjusting units when mismatch between images on an image sensor and a view finder occurs. A prism holder(30) supports a pentaprism(40). The pentaprism reflects an image of a subject to a view finder. In a mounting holder(10), the prism holder is movably mounted. The first and second adjusting units(60,70) independently move the prism holder about the mounting holder. The first and second axes are orthogonal to an optical axis of a subject incident from the pentaprism. |
