The present invention relates to a food waste treatment apparatus for preventing overload. In order to solve the problem of overload induced by increase in treatment amount during the pulverization of food waste and decomposition by microorganisms and to increase the treatment rate, the present invention comprises: a decomposition tank for inputting food waste; a stirring tank arranged at the inner side of the decomposition tank; microorganisms input into the stirring tank to decompose food waste; microorganism feeding device for providing a habitat for the microorganisms; and a stirring device having a driving motor formed at one side thereof to rotate the central axis of stirring blades arranged at the inner side of the stirring tank so as to decompose the food waste by stirring the food waste and the microorganism feeding device. The food waste treatment apparatus for preventing overload has a central axis exposed on the exterior surface of an outer case for accommodating the stirring tank, and includes a manual handle for forcibly rotating the central axis having a head part connected thereto. |
