The present invention relates to a functional coating agent using composite ceramic and a manufacturing method for the coating agent and a product coated with the coating agent. The manufacturing method for the coating agent comprises: a) a step of manufacturing a composite ceramic solution in which SiO2, Al2O3, and PtO2 are dissolved; b) a step of crystallizing SiO2, Al2O3, and PtO2 by controlling the pH of the composite ceramic solution; c) a step of washing and drying crystallized materials; d) a step of manufacturing SiAl2/PtO7 composite ceramic powders by pulverizing and sintering the dried crystallized materials; e) a step of manufacturing a composite ceramic coating solution by mixing and dissolving the composite ceramic powders, water, ethoxyethanol and dispersing agents. The present invention is able to increase far-infrared emission volume by the catalytic action of platinum while using a small amount of composite ceramic.
