The present invention provides a reversible sheet rolling mill. According to the present invention, the reversible sheet rolling mill comprises first and second work rolls spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals to be rotated normally or reversely, for rolling a supplied plate; first and second tension reels arranged symmetrically across the first and second work rolls and rolled by the first and second rolls, for winding or unwinding the plate; first and second cooling devices arranged outside the first and second reels, for rapidly cooling the front sides of coils on the first and second reels; and third and fourth cooling devices arranged between the first and second work rolls and the first and second tension reels, for rapidly cooling the plates before and after the plates are rolled by the first and second work rolls.
