<p>A manufacture method of medical sleeve comprises the steps of unreeling, gluing, agglutinating, cutting and finished product collecting, etc. In the step of gluing, according to the preset distance and width, the non-woven fabrics strip is gelatinized repeatedly with hot-melt adhesive strips, one being straight and orthogonal to the said non-woven fabrics strip, the other being diagonal. A manufacture system of medical sleeve includes unreeling means, gluing means, agglutinating means, cutting means and finished product collecting means, wherein the cutting means is provided on the knife roller surface with a straight knife whose blade is parallel with the knife roller (12) shaft, and an oblique knife whose blade is angled with the knife roller (12) shaft. Said manufacture method and manufacture system with its automatization advantage, overcome the shortage of manual semi-mechanization manufacture.</p> |
