The present invention relates to a compressor for the treatment of metal cut chips and, more specifically, to a device for compressing aluminum cut chips discharged in the machining of aluminum. The compressor for the treatment of metal cut chips comprises a hopper to which metal cut chips are put downward from the upper part; a transfer screw horizontally installed in the hopper; a driving motor arranged in one end of the transfer screw extended to the outside of the hopper to rotate the transfer screw; an upper housing arranged in the other end of the transfer screw to communicate with the hopper, and having a space lengthily formed in a vertical direction; a vertical cylinder vertically and linearly moving inside the upper housing; a lower housing formed on the bottom of the upper housing to communicate with the upper housing, and having a space lengthily formed in a horizontal direction; a horizontal cylinder linearly moving inside the lower housing; a forming jig part formed in the end of the lower housing and serving as a space for forming the compressed objects of the metal cut chips compressed objects by the horizontal cylinder; and an outlet through which the compressed objects of the metal cut chips formed on the forming jig part are discharged. The compressor for metal cutting chips can be installed in a narrow space, can collect the very highly compressed objects of the metal cut chips by going through three compression steps, and can highly reduce a failure rate by having the simple configuration. |
