The present invention relates to a stapler comprising a paper fixture. The stapler comprises a supporter; a pushing part installed to be vertically moved and be rotated, and having a staple driver pushing out a staple; a staple supporting part installed at the upper side of the supporter to bend the pushed out staple; and a paper fixture assembly installed at the supporter to be moved back and forth, wherein the paper fixture assembly is formed with a paper fixture capable of a vertical elastic movement, and a paper fixing surface is formed at the front of the paper fixture.
