The present invention relates to a dry ice injection cleaning device and, more particularly, to an injection cleaning device which can regulate the injection size of dry ice particles. The dry ice injection cleaning device comprises: a liquid carbon dioxide supply source; a carrier gas supply source; a heating unit which is connected with the carrier gas supply source in order to heat and discharge supplied carrier gas; and an injection nozzle including a first inlet which is connected with the liquid carbon dioxide supply source, a second inlet which is connected with a carrier gas outlet of the heating unit, and an outlet. The injection nozzle makes liquid carbon dioxide supplied through the first inlet be depressed and be adiabatically expanded in order to be changed into dry ice, be mixed with the carrier gas supplied through the second inlet, and then be discharged through the outlet. Nitrogen or air can be used as the carrier gas. Any means to supply thermal energy to the carrier gas, such as an insulating heater and a burner which uses fuel, can be used as the heating unit. |
