The present invention relates to a safety valve device for an oxygen capsule which changes pressure inside the oxygen capsule into atmospheric pressure by slowly decreasing the pressure inside the oxygen capsule during an emergency. For such, the present invention is characterized by having a grip that is interconnected to the inside and the outside of the oxygen capsule to be operated by a person outside or inside of the oxygen capsule; and an open/close disk that controls an inner flow channel of a valve main body, which can be forcibly opened and closed by using air in an air tank.
