The present invention relates to grape vinegar having an anti-cancer effect and a method for preparing the same. The method for preparing grape vinegar according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a step of preparing grape juice; a step of ripening the grape juice at a low temperature; a step of increasing sugar concentration by concentrating the grape juice; a step of performing alcohol fermentation using saccharromyces ellipsoideus; and a step of performing acetic fermentation using acetobacter aceti.
