The present invention is a technology which is related to a laver snack manufacturing apparatus capable of producing laver snacks in bulk in order to provide the laver snacks as a side dish, a stack served with alcoholic beverages, and refreshments. The present invention includes: an automatic transfer unit which moves laver in sequential processes which are continuously performed; a first laver supply unit which supplies the laver to the automatic transfer unit after picking stacked laver one by one; a seasoning liquid spray unit which is arranged to be adjacent to the first laver supply unit and sprays seasoning liquid on the upper side of the liver which is moved by the operation of the automatic transfer unit; at least one dried additives supply unit which is arranged to be adjacent to the seasoning liquid spray unit and supplies dried additives on the laver on which the seasoning liquid is sprayed; a second laver supply unit which is arranged to be adjacent to the dried additive supply unit and supplies another laver in order to cover the dried additives after picking the stacked laver one by one; and a cutting unit which is comprised of a first cutter for dividing a laver snack disk including the dried additives into two pieces in a horizontal direction and a second cutter for cutting a half disk, which descends after being divided into two pieces by being arranged in the lower part of the first cutter, into multiple pieces in a vertical direction. |
