发明名称 DISPERSION FORMED FROM A LIQUID PHASE AND A SOLID PHASE
摘要
#CMT# #/CMT# Dispersion comprises a continuous phase comprising at least one compound containing at least two Zerewitinoff active hydrogen atoms, and a phase that is solid at 20[deg] C, comprising at least one filler, which is a hybrid material containing at least one organic polymer and at least one inorganic particle. The solid phase is dispersed in the continuous phase. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the dispersion, comprising (a) heating a mixture containing at least one meltable polymer, at least one continuous phase, at least one inorganic particle and optionally further components, (b) mixing, such that at least one meltable polymer in the molten state in the mixture, is preferably present in the form of finely divided droplets, and (c) cooling the mixture; and (2) producing polyurethane, preferably compact or foamed polyurethane, comprising reacting at least one dispersion with at least one polyisocyanate. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The dispersion is useful: for producing polyurethanes; as paint raw material for automotive industry; as dispersion raw material for architectural coatings, sealants, cement, paper, textile and adhesive raw material; as the fuel additive and roof coating; for polishing surfaces; and in epoxy systems (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The dispersion exhibits improved storage stability, comprises dispersed particles exhibiting high temperature stability, and is produced in an economical manner. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: At least one inorganic particle has an average maximum diameter of the primary particles of not > 5 mm, where at least one, preferably all inorganic particles have the dimensions of 1-100 nm. The inorganic particle includes silicate material, metal oxide, metal carbonate, inorganic salt, inorganic pigment and/or carbon. The inorganic particle is a silicate, preferably silica sol. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The ethylenically unsaturated monomers include styrene, alpha-methyl styrene, acrylonitrile, acrylamide, (meth) acrylic acid, (meth) acrylic ester, hydroxyalkyl (meth) acrylate, vinyl ether, allyl ether and/or divinyl benzene. The reaction moderator includes monofunctional alcohol and/or alkyl mercaptan and/or the radical initiator includes peroxide- and/or azo compound. #CMT#POLYMERS : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The compound comprising at least two Zerewitinoff active hydrogen atoms includes polyether polyol (preferred), chain extender, polyester polyol, polyether polyester polyol, polycarbonate polyol and/or polyether amines. The compound comprising at least two Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atoms is the polyether polyol having a molecular weight of 200-12000 g/mol, a hydroxy number of 10-1000 mg of potassium hydroxide/g and/or a functionality of the polyol starter of 2-8. The organic polymer includes polystyrene, poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile), polyacrylonitrile, polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polyolefin, polyester, polyamide, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, polyisobutylene, polyethylene glycol and/or polyvinyl acetate. Preferred Method: The method includes radically polymerizing at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer in the presence of at least one inorganic particle with the addition of a reaction moderator, a radical initiator and optionally other components in the continuous phase. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# 1,4-Butanediol (262.2 g) and 30% silica dispersion in 1,4-butanediol (prepared by adding Levasil 200E(RTM: Silica sol) with 1,4-butanediol, and distilling off the water) (50 g) were introduced into a stirred autoclave and heated at 100[deg] C. Subsequently acrylonitrile (116.7 g), styrene (233.3 g), dodecanethiol (3.5 g), Vazo 64(RTM: Radical initiator) (3.5 g) and 30% silica dispersion in 1,4-butanediol (prepared by adding Levasil 200E(RTM: Silica sol) with 1,4-butanediol, and distilling off the water) (50 g) dissolved in 1,4-butanediol (280.9 g) were added within 150 minutes to the reaction mixture. Then after a reaction time of 15 minutes the obtained product was removed by applying a vacuum at 50 mbar.
