The present invention relates to a method and a system for reprogramming. The reprogramming system includes a first and a second control unit connected by one CAN bus; and a diagnosis unit including a first controller for performing the reprogramming operation of the first control unit and a second controller for performing the reprogramming operation of the second control unit, wherein the diagnosis unit shares information with the first and the second controllers and performs reprogramming operations for the first and the second control units bidirectionally.
