<p>The present invention relates to an organic electro-luminescence display panel capable of enhancing the red and green color attributes and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic electro-luminescence display panel according to the present invention includes: a thin-film transistor formed on a substrate; a bank insulating film with a first electrode connected to the thin-film transistor and a bank hole exposing the first electrode; a hole injection layer and a hole transporting layer which are successively laminated on each bank hole sectioned by the bank insulating layer; a red light emitting layer which is formed on the hole transporting layer in the bank hole to emit red light; a green light emitting layer which is formed on the hole transporting layer in the bank hole to emit green light; an insulating buffer layer which is made of an insulation material injected with electrons on the front surface of the substrate with the red and green light emitting layers; a blue light emitting layer formed on the front surface of the insulation buffer layer; and an electron transporting layer and a second electrode consecutively formed on the blue light emitting layer.</p> |
