The present invention relates to a drainage filter module installed on a storage tank of a ship to remove water from a slurry waste made from a combination of water and minerals. More specifically, the present invention includes: a filter body formed by coupling a lower housing and a cover with the ability to rotate; and a filter element position inside an accommodation space of the filter body to let the water contained in the slurry waste pass through. The filter body additionally includes a rotation connector to couple the lower housing to the cover, with the ability to rotate, to rotate the cover around the lower housing to open the accommodation space, thus facilitating the replacement of the filter element.
