The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an air cap insulation sheet. In particular, the air cap insulation sheet includes a display part. A person can check in advance a product wrapped by the air cap sheet through the display part, or the person can observe or enjoy the external environment through a window to which the air cap sheet having the display part is attached. The person can obtain a view through the air cap insulation sheet. According to the present invention, the air cap insulation sheet comprises: a heater; a resin supplying part; a first molding roller; a first compressing roller; a suction device arranged to form an air cap on a first film part; a second molding roller and a second compressing roller; a plurality of transferring rollers arranged to transfer a formed sheet; and a winder arranged to wind the air cap insulation sheet. |
